Our research seeks to deepen understanding of the fundamental molecular mechanisms governing gene transcription in chromatin, with a focus on biological processes and disease contexts. Specifically, we are interested in how epigenetic regulation shapes cell type identity and lineage differentiation, as exemplified by Waddington’s Epigenetic Landscape.
